Customer called in wanting a filter replacement, and had a issue with water pressure surging. Performed replacement of pre and post filter. Went over installation with customer and demonstrated how to perform replacement of each filter. Performed isolation of pressure tank and checked PSI. No PSI was present. Replacement of pressure tank was recommended. Customer decided to move forward with replacement at this time. Drained down pressure tank. Removed tank tee. Removed section of existing copper piping. Cut away existing isolation valve. Installed new tank. Installed new tank tee. Installed new pressure switch. Returned water to system. Checked for leaks. One of the filter housings had a small weep present. Isolated housing. Performed drain down. Replacement existing o ring. Reinstalled. Returned water to system. Checked for leaks again.
