Performed safety and maintenance inspection as per agreement. All fixtures working as designed. Flushed and drained water heater. Time was off 4 hrs in wateright water softener. Set to correct time. Tested water with no problems found. Small leak on 3/4 gas pipe for generator. Replaced fitting and tested. Emergency shutoffs for fixtures are dated and should be replaced in future. No other problems found in home.
