* mail invoice * Customer called in because of water heater that was leaking from the tank. Customer requested option to replace water heater with like and kind, pricing was presented and customer decided to move forward with work. Customer already had breaker and water shut off to tank. Removed existing water heater flex’s. Drained tank. Removed existing T&P drain piping. Removed existing earthquake straps. Removed existing electrical connection. Pulled tank. Removed existing water heater pan. Installed new water heater pan. Installed new water heater pan drain piping. Installed new tank. Resecured existing water heater earthquake straps. Installed new water heater flex’s. Reinstalled existing electrical connection. Filled tank. Checked for leaks. No leaks found at this time. Checked faucet for hot water. Note: customer stated they did not wish to have a thermal expansion tank on unit. Existing water heater did not have one installed. Note: customer was notified that hardness
