Customer called in for service on a driveway storm water drain. Arrived on site and inspected the issue. There is a small catch basin in the driveway, the basin is piped to an unknown location and is draining very slowly. Provided pricing to jet the drain in an attempt to clear. The customer accepted. Used a shop vac to empty the basin. Jetted the drain several times out to roughly 14’. The drain is flowing better now. Used a camera to locate the end of the drain. The drain line appears to dead end to a suspected dry well roughly 2’ off the left side of the driveway edge. The customer purchased a membership and asked to have his water heater drained. I explained this would forfeit the return visit in a year and he was fine with that. He also requested that we only flush the tank and declined the rest of the plumbing inspection. The customer has a 4 year old AO Smith 50 gallon electric hot water heater. Shut water and power off to the tank, drained and flushed the tank. Refil
