Completed KCM annual club safety and maintenance inspection. Inspected all visible plumbing in the home, tested all toilets, tested all emergency stops, tested all faucets, tightened all under sink drain piping, tested shower, inspected crawl space piping, drained and flushed hot water heater, and tested water quality. The homes plumbing is working as designed with no visible imperfections. The homes hot water heater is a Rheem 40 Gallon Electric, and is Years old. The water heater is working as designed. Water quality report: Hardness- Hardness- 4 (good) PH- 8 (good) Iron- 0 (good) Pressure 50psi (good) While on site the client mentioned he had a toilet in the master bath that was leaking from the base. Provided pricing to pull and reset the toilet. The customer accepted. Shut off water to the toilet, drained the toilet, removed the supply line and mounting hardware then pulled the toilet. Cleaned the flange and cleaned the floor in the area where the toilet was. Insta
