Customer reported having a leak under kitchen sink. CPI plumbing and heating had changed out garbage disposal and kitchen faucet on previous visits. Inspected all plumbing under sink and could not find any defects or leaks from CPI supplied fixtures. Found a needle valve installed on rigid 3/8 cold supply line leaking. This was installed by previous renter. Removed valve and supply line. Provided and installed new dual emergency shutoff for faucet and icemaker. Installed hot supply shutoff for faucet and dishwasher. Supply line for dishwasher was dripping after replacement so it was replaced. Checked for leaks on all new installations. Supply line is 1/4 inch vinyl tubing which is prone to failure. This line was also installed by previous renter. Customer opted to keep line. Inspected and found proper brass sleeving inside of tubing. Made connection to shutoff without leaks. CPI cannot warranty this connection or line against leaks or property damage due to failure.
