Arrvied onsite per customers complaint of plumbing under the sink to be leaking. Upon arrival Sunnie, informed me that drain doctor had previously been out there for the issue involving the drain backing up. Began by providing the customer pricing to do a drain diagnostic. Customer accepted pricing, began by finding a crawlspace access. After going through the crawlspace I found the drain lines to be old galvanized. Water piping was galvanized and located right on top of main sewer line. After discussing what I had found with sunnie I provided and price to replace both the water and waste piping in the crawlspace. Due to limited access in the crawlspace CPI would need perform the water and waste repipe at the same time. Access is not available to just perform one or the other. Sunnie accepted pricing to repipe the lavatory drain for the guest bathroom. Began by shutting off the well system located in the pump house. Removed both hot and cold angle stops and installed new 1/4†turn st
