Customer called in about kitchen faucet receiving low water pressure on hot side. Checked filter on cold side on tankless water heater. Found buildup of what appears to be debris inside of filter. Ran water at bathtub spout through tower for several minutes but found no signs of debris. Check aerator at lavatory faucet but no filter was present. Checked meter and Found that meter was spinning while no water was running inside of home. Turned main water shut Off. Checked meter again and found that it was still spinning. Inspected crawlspace to verify no leaks present on water piping inside of home. No signs of any leaks found. Found PRV valve and shut off right after main water service stubs into home. Shut this valve in order to isolate main water service further. Checked meter again and found it still spinning indicating water leak somewhere in yard. Note: this was brought up to customers attention and offer was made to dig up portion of yard and replace line. This digging would be
