Provide and install ground work for a single commercial bath (1 toilet, 1 Utility sink, 1 floor drain), 1 water heater (stub out only), and three floor drains in storage area. At this time only exterior walls are partially finished as this is a pole building. We will stub in a new building drain too within two feet of the existing sewer and make a connection with a cleanout outside the building. We will transition the poly water line in the nearest partition or exterior will with a new shut off valve only. We will install the 3 area drains as a combination waste and vent. We will provide a trap primer for all floor drains with underground trap primer lines. Interior waste pipe trenching is included with back fill and compaction. Note: This is for ground work only. All water piping not listed shall be by owner. Inspections and permitting by others. Note: Customer has stubbed in the building with SDR pipe and Poly water line. Excludes: All fixtures, fittings, and trim. No water heat
