Arrived onsite customer had no heat. She informed me that the furnace was blowing out cold air only. Presented pricing for a diagnostic. Customer signed off on the work. Bypassed the thermostat and the furnace worked fine. Blower motor was pulling 4.81 amps, inducer motor was pulling 1.1 amps. Flame was present. Went to thermostat discovered that the screen was not working at all no matter what I did. Presented pricing for three different thermostats customer wanted the vision pro 8000 because it was touch screen. Customer signed off on the work. Began removing and replacing the thermostat.
