Work Scope for repair is based on information provided by Leak Detection company. CPI Plumbing and Heating Inc. is not responsible for mismarked utilities. Confirmed with customer that water line under concrete slab in kitchen was leaking. Turned water off to building and broke apart concrete slab to expose 3/4 inch copper pipe with pinhole leak. Cut out 2 foot section of copper pipe and installed 2 feet of pex piping. Turned water back on to building verifying no leaks Present. Back filled to cover water lines.
