Arrvied onsite per customer complaint of a water leak inside her home. Upon arrival we found a plastic washing machine valve to be blown apart. Customer let us know that there was severe water damage and that she would like the lines capped so she can get her water back on. Began by providing a price to cap the lines. Customer accepted pricing, we began by removing the access panel located below the washing machine box. Cut and removed a portion of line as well removed the plastic valves. Capped the lines with 2- 1/2â€shark bite caps. Brought the system back up to pressure and tested for leaks found none. Showed customer the repair we had made insuring it met her expectations.
