Arrived at customer’s business and found two toilets backed up. We vacuumed out the remaining water from the toilet in the first bathroom on the right hand side closest to the parking lot exit door. We removed the toilet and sent the camera down the line. We found a blockage at 20 feet and began using our auger to attempt to clear the line. After attempting to clear the blockage with no success we removed the second toilet and found a blockage just below the flange to the right. We vacuumed up the blockage and put the camera down the line. Was able to clear, ran water to ensure no stoppages would occur, used camera to inspect the rest of the line, no blockages found. Reset toilets and flushed multiple times. Tested for leaks no leaks found during search. Used clear caulking around toilets and cleaned area.
