Arrived onsite to customers complaint of no heat from boiler, discovered that pilot light on boiler is out, this is not related to any work done October 19th. Started off on diagnostic, customer explained that it might’ve been blown out due to combustion air grill that runs to exterior. I stated that it could be possible but it could also be an issue with the boiler. Attempted to relight pilot, pilot would like remain lit. Tested thermocouple the correct range is between 15-35 millivolts it was reading 16 millivolts. Customer approved replacement of thermocouple, replaced and tested operation. Issue with pilot lighting is resolved. Boiler is fully operational after replacement of thermocouple. Pump kicked on and is pulling 0.62 amps rated for a maximum of 0.72 amps. Home may take a while to fully heat up. Supply piping is hot, return piping is warm, as the unit runs longer the return piping will reach about a ten degree difference from supply piping.
