Confirmed with customer that dishwasher would not drain. Performed diagnostic for dishwasher finding that air gap had a blockage of food and hard plastic. Removed food blockage and determined connection from air gap to garbage disposal is clear. Reassembled air gap and tested dishwasher verifying proper drainage and no leaks present on dishwasher drain hoses.
