Arrived on site per customer complaint of their water heater leaking. Upon arrival Gemma showed me where the water heater was located. Found the tank to be leaking out of the bottom. Provided customer pricing to replace the hot water heater. Customer accepted pricing. Began by shutting off water to the tank and draining the tank as needed. Provided and installed a new 50 Gallon NG Water Heater. Installed a new expansion tank and pumped to correct pressure. Installed new water flexs. Installed new drip leg. Electronically sniffed for any gas leaks and found none. Soap tested each individual fitting ensuring everything was leak free. Turned water on testing for leaks and found none. Ran T&P line as required. Fired up the tank insuring the customer had hot water upon leaving. Before departing we checked for leaks one last time and found none. Showed customer the final result insuring it met there expectations. Informed customer we would be mailing in the warranty information and sticker f
