Arrived on site per customer complaint of her furnace not operating/ producing heat. Upon arrival Sadie showed me around the home and where the furnace was located. Provided Sadie with a few different options. Sadie elected to go with a dispatch fee at this time. She informed me that she is not ready to make a decision.
