Checked customer complaint about a leak in the wall. The customer had a leak in the wall and needed it fixed. Presented customer pricing to cut open the wall. After pricing was approved I laid down a rug to protect the customer’s floor from damage. I cut open the wall and discovered the leak. Presented customer pricing to repair to repair the leak. After pricing was approved I cut out the damaged section of pipe. Performed installation of the new section of pipe. I turned on the water and tested for leaks with the customer. The new section of pipe performed as designed and there were no leaks when last checked. The customer was happy the leaks was fixed.
