Arrived onsite per customer request of getting their furnace and heat pump serviced. Offered customer pricing based on what pieces of equipment they wanted serviced. Flushed and drained HTP water heater. Serviced Air handler and Heat pump system, everything internally inside the air handler was in working order and all banks of strip heat were pulling right around 22A. The outdoor unit was working order, unit is getting up there in age and is a R22 system. All measurements are within manufacturers specifications. Vapor and liquid line temperatures meet expectations for outdoor temperatures. All measurements are in the attached forms. Swapped out air filter, put condensate tablets into the condensate pump.
