Checked customer complaint about a clogged main line. The customers main line was clogged and he did not know where his septic tank access was. Presented customer pricing to pull and reset his toilet and dig up his septic tank. After pricing was approved I laid down a rug to protect the customer’s floor from damage. I pulled the toilet and used the camera to locate the obstruction. The obstruction was outside where the septic tank was. Performed excavation of the septic tank access. After the access was dug up I pulled the lid and discovered the septic tank was full. The waste level was above the inlet baffle. The customer informed me that he had not pumped his tank in about 15 years. After making sure the inlet baffle was clear I closed the septic tank lids and performed the toilet reset. The toilet was reset with new wax ring, supply line, closet bolts and china caps. I caulked the toilet with clear caulking as per customer’s request. I referred the customer to Tiger Septic so he
