Customer stated kitchen sink would not drain and that bathtub was leaking. Will need to replace waste and overflow for bathtub this will need to be ordered. We will provide estimate for replacing waste and overflow. Performed drain cleaning on kitchen sink. Used cable through drain line retrieving hair and necklace from drain. Tested kitchen sink verifying proper drainage and no leaks present. Performed annual maintenance and safety inspection as proposed.
