Confirmed with customer that toilet and shower in master bathroom was not draining. When flushing toilet water backs up into shower this is on the second floor. All other bathrooms are draining properly on the first floor. Provided estimate to attempt to clear mainline through toilet drain and customer agreed to work. Turned water off to toilet and removed toilet. Performed drain cleaning clearing out soft blockage about 8 feet out. Used camera through drain verifying mainline is now clear. Shower is now draining properly. Reinstalled toilet and turned water back on. Flushed toilet several times no leaks present and proper drainage. Thank you for choosing CPI plumbing and heating.
