So far, they have been great to work with. Our boiler went out and needed to be replaced. They came out and quickly provided me with a proposal. Looked at what I had and educated me on the pros and cons of what was available and what they thought would best suit us. As far as the price... they were the best. Not even taking into consideration the 10 year warranty on equipment and labor. Also, the discount for being a military veteran was nice too. The staff and technicians have been polite, prompt and respectful. We are hoping the ongoing service will be as worry free as the new install has been. I have been in the service industry for over thirty years and I’m pretty critical of my own staff and technicians. Everyone at Crome Mechanical has met my expectations so far.
