Performed annual heating maintenance in Auburn. Unit is a Carrier furnace. Variable speed blower motor. Control board looks okay and is not showing any signs of damage or loose connections. Drain pan has a float switch to turn unit off if too full. Gas line is connected correctly with proper sediment trap. Drain lines are clear of debris and draining properly. Drain pan is dry and draining properly. Checked igniter and is in range and okay. Checked flame sensor and is clean. Return duct is torn right at plenum and should be repaired to prevent leaking air into attic. Supply duct at plenum is torn and should be repaired. Flue is in good shape and glued properly. All ductwork is mix n match with different styles of duct spliced onto. Unit was slightly dirty in blower compartment so I wiped it down. Customer has been Renewed for Platinum Heating Cooling and plumbing W/ Tankless This was her last visit for HvAC and will now have 2 more HVAC visits for spring and fall. Sold: Duct re
