Found unit doesn’t have secondary drain pan and system is leaking onto platform, see pictures. Cleaned return air filter grill. Changed filter. Clean outside condenser coils. Checked refrigerant pressures ok. System reached temp and turned off on its own. All ac parts in range at this time. The unit should have a secondary drain pan, and drain line. To prevent water damage to house. With the age of equipment want to watch how much money we put in to it, because we won’t see a return on investment. Emailed options for signing back up for another year of maintenance, and for adding the secondary drain pan.
