Performed Heater Maintenance on rooftop package unit. Checked all electrical and is in good condition no burnt or loose connections. Compressor compartment had dirt and leaves in it so I removed the debris. Checked condensate drain to make sure wasn’t clogged. Unit does show signs of age but the mechanical part is fine. Slightly rusty near electrical panel but looks intact. Checked flame sensor and is clean. Blower compartment was very dirt so I wiped down the blower motor and wiring to it. Customer interested in membership in future didn’t want to go with it today.
