Performed diagnostic on our install of there equipment. Found outside unit frozen in places, see pictures. Thawed system. And then charged system. Numbers we a little all over the place. Could be from a few factors. Got low side above freezing and high side was very high. Numbers seemed to stabilize. Also drain appears to be working correctly. Unit cycled off on its own. Could not get into unit, no keys.
