Performed a whole home plumbing inspection and flushed the water heater which is 12 years old and set to C on the temperature setting. Checked the pressure at the home and the water is coming in at a dangerous 93 psi, all the toilets are loud and need work but the customer said he is getting new toilets to be installed. The pop-up assembly in the master bathroom upstairs is leaking, the laundry sink faucet in the garage is also leaking. Presented estimates to the customer and made sure he knew what items where leaking and the danger of his high water pressure, he will call us when he decides to get the work done.
