Checked refrigerant pressures good, checked amp draws compressor 10.6 , outdoor fan .83 good, capacitors 45/5 reads 44.6/4.87 Good within manufacturers tolerance +/-6%, Visual inspection of electrical - wiring good no burnt or overheated wire connections, Service disconnect wire connections tight, contactor - contact points slightly pitting and burnt not affecting function / normal wear. electrical megaohm test - unit tested bad. performed simple water wash of condensing coil and flushed condensation drain line part of AC maintenance Unit operating with no problems at this time. Electrical megaohm test indicates compressor windings are starting to possibly fail internally
