Performed ac diagnostic 12 yr old heat pump. Found inside air handler running and not cooling air. Found system has lost refrigerant again. The system has sprung a refrigerant leak. See picture system is flat. Due to its age and the type of refrigerant recommend looking into replacement over repairs. We have taken care of each issue as it has come first visit the thermostat didn’t work, then the system kept leaking water due to refrigerant charge was low, then the parts went bed. Now it is flat again. All over 2 months. Ken to come out tomorrow for replacement pricing
