We will remove both systems per EPA regulations and two 5 Ton gas/electric package units with fresh air economizers per commercial code are required to have these fresh air economizers to be able to pull in fresh air into dwelling on demand. Both units will be the brand of Day and Night units. This brand of equipment will allow direct connection to original roof curb due the dimensions being the same as old units. We then will connect and seal unit to original curb and weather seal around perimeter. Install economizers to both units as these are separate pieces of equipment that need to be installed to meet commercial code. We will then install all new electrical 3 Phase disconnect and all new gas connectors such as gas flex sediment trap. A crane will be needed to remove old equipment safely and hoist new equipment into place. All proper permits and testing will be pulled and performed.
