Performed annual ac maintenance on 23 yr old split downflow Goodman garage backyard. Tested all wareable parts. All in range. Dual capacitor 35-5. Electrical connections good. Contactor looks good. Inside blower compartment dirty. Normal ware for the age of system. Outside gave condenser a bath. Refrigerant levels ok, will need to keep an eye on super heat high. But system is working and cooling. Client only really runs upstairs zone, downstairs coils itself. Zoning ok, working for now. Due to age of system, want to watch the amount of money we spend on repairs.
