Performed ac tune up Granite Bay. 15 yr gas package unit ground. Need to watch tree growing next to unit and it’s limbs growing over fan. Also need to watch turf on top of unit next to exhaust vent. Washed and cleaned unit. Washed condenser coil as part of tune up. Found evaporator coil dirty recommend coil clean. Also went thru electrical all tight and ok at this time. Found both capacitors low. Dual capacitor 50-5@44.1-4.9, and single capacitor 12.5@10. Recommend replacement of those parts since they are out of range. Also recommend replacing them before they fail. Client is running system without filter. Recommend washable filter. That’s why the indoor coil is so dirty. Refrigerant pressures ok. Won’t know more until I clean coil. Performed coil clean on indoor evaporator coil. Client has washable filter.
