Customer is having his home remodeled and wants the plumbing updated, as well as adding new plumbing for an added guest room with complete bathroom. Customer wants to convert to tankless and after talking to Tim we recommend a two tankless system to provide hot water for this size of home. Demo work will be provided by the customer and will not be included in the scope of work. We will keep the guest home connected to the water as much as we can during the scope of the work. Permits will be pulled and initial permits for work have been pulled, if there are any inspection issues we will fix in order to pass inspection. Provided estimate and emailed to the customer and he will contact us when he decides to start the scope of work.
