We did a sewer system for Cal in the past. The inspection did not pass due to clean out being too high out of the ground. Me and Rylan dug out the cleanouts cut them to a shorter length and installed boxes with lids on each clean out. They were three 3inch clean outs. And one 4 inch clean out. All the lids are at ground level. Customer seem to be satisfied.
