Gas / Electric unit Basic installation Installation of new gas package unit will include. code upgrades needed for electrical and gas. ductwork is required to be sealed to 7% air loss or less with an airflow requirement of 350 CFM per ton. Description of job - will tarp and cover floors, clothing, any thing of customers as necessary to protect from dust / damage. removal of old equipment and parts pertaining to equipment. Will dispose of all old material equipment, pieces of equipment and any new material excess garbage etc. if Job exceeds one day will clean up all material, tools etc. at the end of each workday. work to be performed disconnect remove old equipment inspect all accessible ductwork connections and seal. connect new unit to existing supply/return plenum with plenum transition. Connect electrical to unit with any and all code upgrades needed new electrical seal tight etc. connect gas to unit with proper dirt drip leg /sediment trap. Perform start up on system check proper
