Crystal blue plumbing will perform a partial repipe in uponor pex piping. Which will include the half side of the house that would include the master bathroom, and the water heater piping. We will not replace the water heater but the water lines leading to it. We will: -cut out all galvanized lines 1/2 and 3/4†that are for the two his/her bathroom sinks, the line leading to the toilet, the lines leading to do the tub. -we will cut out and and remove the existing shower valve from the inside of the shower not the back wall, and replace the shower valve. -We will replace the angle stops for under the sinks. We will strap the uponor lines per code. - We will insulate the uponor lines. -Customer is aware that Crystal Blue is pulling the permit and they will need smoke and CO detectors for the home. -The warranty covers our parts and labor for 1 year for only our installed items. If there are issue’s with further Galvanized piping we are not responsible for. -We will turn w
