Performed ac diagnostic Lincoln. Found bad dual capacitor. Need to replace dual capacitor to get system to run, then need to look at start amps and running amps for fan motor and compressor. Might need refrigerant or even a hard start kit. Wont know until system is up and running if it needs anything elsE. Got system up and running tested refrigerant, numbers got better gaffer cleaned coil. Need to keep an eye on start amps for compressor. Might need a hard start kit eventually. Change filters more frequently. Signed up on the maintenance plan.
