Customer stated that water was leaking from ceiling in garage. Upon arrival found Upanor copper water supply manifold leaking from factory connections. Cold water supply manifold is currently leaking and hot water manifold has signs of past leaks with lots of corrosion. Both hot and cold water supply manifolds need to be replaced. Parts are special order from factory and will take a couple of days for delivery. Parts will not be ordered until quote is approved with deposit of 10 percent and final payment upon completion of work. Will have permit pulled for work to be performed and inspection after work is completed.
