Replace both water heater flex line with stainless steel flex line, install brass piping to properly attach expansion tank, install a comfort pump with one bypass valve under master bath left hand sink, rebuild the main riser and install a 1 1/4 PRV ( current PRV is reduced down from 1 1/4 to 1 inch and then goes back to 1 1/4. Removed old prv and some copper piping, installed a new 1 1/4 inch prv and plumbed in the connection from main to the home. Removed the galvanized pipe for the expansion tank, installed a brass assembly and soldered on two copper mips with water flexes. Installed a comfort pump with electrical hooked up to an extension ord and the customer will have an electrician install a new outlet for the unit. Installed a bypass valve in the master bathroom upstairs, turned the water on and there were no leaks.
