Performed a whole home plumbing inspection, upon the inspection i found a few concerning issues. Washer hoses should be replaced with steel braided hose, hall bathroom tub diverter is dumping out water when diverted to the shower.The hall bathroom flapper is being held by a wire, master bathroom toilet needs a complete rebuild. Customer stated the master bathroom tub does not control the temperature correctly, recommend a new tub valve cartridge. The customer decided to wait on repairs, she will contact us when she decides to get these things taken care of.
