We will remove old equipment per EPA regulations and install a Trane Furnace XV80% Two Stage Heat with True Variable Speed Blower model number: TUD2C100B9V5VB paired with a Trane Condenser with sound reducing top XL18i Two Stage Cool with Two stage Compressor model number: 4TTX8060A1000A matched with an all aluminum coil model number: TG86660D210B2722AP, AHRI# 10101906. We install new secondary drain pan with risers and isolation vibration pads to reduce vibration and noise output. New gas flex with sediment trap. We will remove old Smartvent system and install new zone board to accommodate the zone system and install (2) Nest thermostats. We will install new Condenser pad with new electrical disconnect and new whip. Rewrap with UV wrap on the line set per code. We will remove old ductwork and dispose.
