After looking at the customers toilet I could find multiple problems customer had all the parts needed for toilet I explain to him what I would need to do in order to make the fix he was enthusiastic about the education I gave him but was not happy with our price wants to talk it over with his wife and may possibly do it himself. He also wanted to talk to his landlord to see if he could be reimbursed for fixing the toilet. I also went to test house water pressure while waiting for a callback from the landlord I found a broken air raider on hose bib and i told him the price and he said only if the landlord wants to reimburse him for the air raider.
