Performed ac diagnostic Lincoln. 15 yr old Split carrier system. Found trying to turn on, makes sound but doesn’t run. Tested dual capacitor found bad. Changed dual capacitor to test system, system operational. Gave condenser coils a bath with water. Draining out primary at this time.n Signed up for 1 yr maintenance plan, with ac tune up, furnace tune up and plumbing inspection
