Performed ac maintenance on a 14 yr old gas package unit roof loomis. Changed filter for client with new electrostatic washable filter. Found system al parts in specs. Dual capacitor 45-5 ok. System has hard start kit. Tightened connections on contactor. Checked refrigerant, numbers higher than I would normally expect to see, but gave system a good bath, dragged hose onto second story roof. And numbers didn’t change. So it’s working the best it can now. We will just have to keep tracking them over time to see if anything is going on. Recommend regular maintenance/preventative maintenance on system to track things like refrigerant to see if we have an issue before failure.
