Main line backed up access point backyard house in on a hill will run 300 machine and attempt to clear ....cleared line ran camera major root intrusion at top of hill under concrete type of pipe clay there’s a second root at 79 feet at city tie in to there line. Recommend spot repair at top of property. Would have to jack hammer up concrete in this area customer responsible for replacement
