Performed annual furnace maintenance on 14 yr carrier gas package unit ground. Tested heat at thermostat, system operating. Checked filter. Looks good. Went outside and opened up unit. Cleaned out burner compartment, lots of spider webs. Checked inducer capacitor should be 4. It has been replaced with a 5 at some point. Blower capacitor 15@14.4 just in range. Cleaned burners and flame sensor. Checked gas pressure, ok. System running good at this time. Blower motor has very tight tolerance / clearance to motor housing. 75@ return 120 at vent good temp rise.
