Came out for diagnostic, tech couldn’t diagnose where issue is as to why unit isn’t turning on. Checked all electrical connections and tested for proper voltage from disconnect. Has 240v at contactor and contactor is working properly. Checked capacitor and is in range so that isn’t the issue. Thermostat is working properly. Will send out a Senior Tech tomorrow Wednesday 05/27 between 12-4pm. Will collect for diagnostic when senior tech finds issue.
