Club membership with tankless flushing test and the unit is Working, also tested water with help of the water purification specialist and found that the current water softener is intermediately working this is why we are showing signs of calcium buildup throughout the house, the unit is from 2011 it is never been serviced and is a unknown model we are going to be returning to replace with a new puronic defender well unit with spin down filter.
