Performed furnace diagnostic 24 yr old split system. Found tstat on, but nothing running went into crawl under house found unit inducer motor assembly seized up. Found drain line improperly sloped. Found gas flex run into unit. No light as well. Next went on roof, 31 yr old package unit. Not working. Found no power going to the unit. All breakers appear to be on. Also found gas flex run into unit. And gas line not attached to roof. System in pretty bad shape. Pack unit also has some questionable duct work ran flex thru wall, to custom plenums see pictures. This would be the first step, could be more going on. Need to replace seized inducer motor to try and get the system to turn on so we could see if anything else is going on. Changed inducer motor assembly, tested system, system running on departure. System in need of some regular maintenance, system running for now, no gaurentee for how long.
